Acceptance of Terms

Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the timeframes specified on our website. However, delivery dates are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any additional costs due to incorrect addresses.
Returns and Exchanges
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition with original packaging. Custom or personalized items, consumables, and items damaged by normal wear are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Product Warranties
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Urban Spoke Supply provides no additional warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms.
Installation services and fitment advice are provided as-is without warranty. Professional installation through our partner network may include separate warranty terms.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Japanese law. The arbitration shall take place in 2-2-22 Shiromi, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, 540-0001.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Urban Spoke Supply.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of , Japan.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
